Can I return an Item?
We offer exchanges or merchandise credits towards future purchases. All shipping fees are paid by buyer and non-refundable. ******** Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately for a RMA#. Upon return, it will be replaced or funds Credited ****** Defective Item - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately for a RMA#. Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed. ****** Wrong Size - If you item does not fit, please notify us for a RMA#. Upon return, we will ship out the correct size, or issue Credit. ****** Item must be returned to me in same condition as received and must be postmarked within 4 days of having received it. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#

We usually ship payed item within 3 business days, sometimes even sooner.

How do I get Combined shipping charges on Multiple Purchases
Some items cannot be combined, however we will do our best to get you the best shipping rates. If you wish to make multiple purchases please Email us at sales@shopbuytime.com with the items you would like to purchase and we will give you an accurate shipping total.

If there are multiple Sizes/Colors available for an item, During checkout you will have the option to send the Seller a Message. In the box, please type in the Size and/or color for your items.

Are your items in stock and ready to ship?
Yes, when the item is listed it is in stock but sometimes an item does sell out before we have time to update our store, In this case your payment would be refunded for the item that was not in stock. I try to update the store at least once a day to prevent this from happening!
